Foods We're Making For You

Our shelves are still being stocked, honestly. The first Pure Platter foods are in development right now: being sourced, tested and labelled to the standard this site promises. When they are ready, they will live on this page, every pack with its full ingredient list, nutrition, allergens and sourcing in plain sight. Until then, we won't pretend the shelf is full.

We're in the kitchen, making it for you

The first Pure Platter foods are being developed right now, sourced, tested and labelled until every pack can show you its full truth. The moment they're ready, they'll live on this page. No pretend products meanwhile.

What we're making first

Our first foods are being built around the millets you can already explore on this site, ragi, jowar, bajra and the small millets. The exact products are still being decided, developed and tested, and we'd rather show you an honest workbench than a pretend shelf.

The standard every product must meet

Before anything goes on sale here, it must carry: the exact ingredient list in quantity order; nutrition per 100 g and per the serving a person actually eats; allergens in plain language; the processing method named without euphemism; storage and shelf life from the actual pack; and sourcing where verified, brackets where not. A product that can't meet that standard doesn't get made.

Have a say in what we make

Tell us which millet, snack or traditional food you want made honestly first, the community page is open, and the most-requested foods go to the front of the queue.

Why transparency is the product

Most food brands treat information as a legal obligation: the smallest permissible font on the back of the pack. We treat it as the product itself. The grain, the recipe and the processing matter, but so does your ability to verify all three without a magnifying glass or a food-science degree.

So our format is fixed: the answer first, the evidence attached, the uncertainty labelled. If a field on a product page reads like a bracket instead of a sentence, that is the system working, it means the verified fact has not reached us yet, and we would rather show the gap than paper over it.
